Kristin Wilson didn’t take a traditional path to the fashion world-and that is exactly what makes Pachydermal different. With over 25 years of experience driving business management, strategy, and technology integration across high-stakes industries like aerospace, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing, Kristin has spent her career bridging cutting-edge technology with complex, real-world products.

Throughout her executive career, Kristin developed a passion for invention, circular economics, and leveraging advanced technology to optimize how things are made. Pachydermal was born from that exact crossover: a desire to merge the discipline of advanced manufacturing and tech utilization with a bold, resilient lifestyle brand.

When she isn't driving the next big innovation, you'll find her on the water boating, snorkeling, cooking up fresh catches, or working toward her private pilot's license.

Jillian Rothe

Chief Disruptor

Jillian Rothe is a self-described "recovering corporate Director" and certified change master who spent 20 years on corporate planes, trains, and automobiles across five continents. She is a mechanical engineer, and serial entrepreneur who brings 20 years of global supply chain experience and a fierce, rule-breaking attitude to Pachydermal.

As one of the few women in the US to hold a patent entirely solo, Jillian is the brilliant mind behind the multi-award-winning baby brand Freeze It Flat and the female-focused fulfillment company Our Warehouse. She specializes in destroying the corporate status quo, asking the tough questions, and engineering high-performing physical products from scratch.

Now based in Denver, Jillian is a multilingual triathlete, soccer player, and mom of three who lives for outdoor adventures and big, disruptive ideas.
